Drawing on over 26 years of experience as a law enforcement professional, the company was designed to provide its corporate clientele with alternatives beyond traditional investigative techniques for their most challenging and sensitive matters.
TWILIGHT INVESTIGATIONS, INC. is licensed as both a Private Detective Agency and Security Agency, covered by professional and general liability insurance. Mr. Mandrafina is a member of the Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI.
